How do I use the app?
- Click the “Connect Google Account” button on the main screen.
- A secure Google popup will appear. Select the email account you wish to scan.
- Review the requested permissions (Read-only Gmail access) and click “Allow”.
- The dashboard will automatically appear and begin fetching your payment-related emails (default last 12 months).
How do I filter by date?
Use the date pickers above the dashboard. Select a start and end date, then click “Apply Filter”. To reset to the last 12 months, click “Last 12 Months”.
How do I export results?
Use the export buttons: Print (opens print dialog), PDF (downloads a PDF with watermark), CSV (downloads a CSV file for Google Sheets/Excel), Email (opens your mail client with a summary), PNG (downloads a screenshot with watermark).
How can I see the full email?
Click on any row in the table. A modal will appear showing the full email body content (including HTML stripped to text).
I am getting an “Access Blocked” or “Verification” error.
If you see a screen stating the app is unverified, this is because NXT 🌊 is currently undergoing Google’s official production verification process. During this time, you may see a warning screen. You can proceed safely by clicking “Advanced” and then “Go to NXT (unsafe)”, as you are aware of the app’s purpose.
Why is the dashboard empty?
If the dashboard loads but no payments appear, it means the app’s search query did not find any matching emails in your selected date range. Try expanding the range or check if you have any receipts/billing emails.
