Purchase of and progress through the education package combine to offer an equal chance to be chosen to work on the team where contributors evenly divide from any profit sales at an 80% contributor share, 20% platform exchange rate. Meaning that if there are hypothetically 10 contributors, and a plugin sold at $1.00 each (before fees and other such percentages are applied beyond our control), which sold 100,000 downloads, then each of the ten contributors would have theoretically made roughly $8,000 for equal contributions.
