The “Super Team” Model
We are forming a nimble, 6-person core team dedicated to high-polish output (Mods, Plugins, Scripts). When not engaged by org missions, the team focuses on the catalog.
2/3 Split: Goes directly to the 6-person development team.
1/3 Split: Goes to the Orgs/LLC for infrastructure, marketing, leads, and support.
Aligned Incentives: Payment flows from actual sales. High output = High reward.
Strategic Roadmap
Phase 1: Deploy hyper-polished assets to established marketplaces (CodeCanyon, Envato, FiveM).
Phase 2: Use “Downtime” between client work to build a massive internal catalog of sellable tools.
Phase 3: Transition to our Own Digital Store. This eliminates platform cuts (30-50%), allows full data ownership, and maximizes profit margins.
The Culture of Sustainability
We use NDAs to protect our IP, but we mandate rest. We know hyperfocus burns hot—our structure ensures we ship fast, sell wide, and recover often.
